Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Service you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Your continued use of the Service after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and these Terms apply to them as well.

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including automated trading of cryptocurrency perpetual futures — is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, any person located in a jurisdiction where access to or use of the Service would be unlawful, or by any person subject to economic sanctions, embargoes, or similar restrictive measures. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse access to the Service in any jurisdiction at any time and without prior notice.

LucidexBot provides a managed, automated trading service focused primarily on Solana perpetual futures, with additional markets offered at our discretion. Under this model, we operate the trading software on your behalf: when you subscribe, the Service provisions a dedicated bot wallet for your account, you fund that wallet with the capital you choose to allocate, and the bot opens and closes positions from that wallet according to the trading configuration available in your dashboard (such as trading pairs, leverage, position sizing, stop-loss, and daily loss limits, where offered).

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. The features available to you may depend on your subscription plan, and we may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer of securities, a deposit-taking service, a regulated investment product, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To use the Service you must register an account with a valid email address and verify that address. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, and we may require it for certain features of the Service. You must notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from compromised credentials that result from your failure to keep them secure.

Subscription fees are payable exclusively in SOL, the native token of the Solana network. We do not accept fiat currency, cards, or any other payment method. When you initiate a purchase, the Service generates a unique deposit address for that specific payment together with the exact amount of SOL due. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network (Solana mainnet) and for any network fees charged by the blockchain. Payments are confirmed automatically by monitoring the deposit address on-chain; once the expected amount is received, your subscription is activated for the purchased term.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to an address other than the one generated for your payment, send an unsupported token, or use the wrong network, those funds may be permanently lost and we may be unable to recover them. If a payment remains incomplete (for example, you sent less than the amount due), you may complete it within the window stated on the payment page, after which the payment expires. Promotional coupon codes, where offered, apply only at the time of purchase, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and may not be combined unless we state otherwise.

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once your subscription has been activated. This includes situations where you stop using the Service during a paid term, where the bot performs below your expectations, or where your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms. Trading losses are never refundable under any circumstances — the capital you allocate to the bot wallet is traded at your own risk, as described in the Risk Disclosure.

The bot wallet provisioned for your account is custodial: the private key material is generated and held server-side by LucidexBot and is never disclosed to you or to any third party. You receive the public address of the wallet so that you can fund it and monitor it on-chain. Key material is stored encrypted at rest. You should only transfer to the bot wallet funds that you intend to allocate to automated trading and that you can afford to lose entirely.

By funding the bot wallet, you expressly authorize LucidexBot to use the funds in that wallet to open, manage, and close leveraged derivative positions on your behalf, in accordance with the trading configuration associated with your account and the operation of our trading systems. You acknowledge that trading outcomes are uncertain, that the value of the wallet may decrease as well as increase, and that we make no representation or warranty as to the performance of any strategy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the bot, and we may pause, throttle, or stop trading activity at any time, including for risk management, maintenance, or market conditions.

Self-service withdrawals are not yet available in the dashboard. Until they are, you may request a withdrawal of available (non-position) funds from your bot wallet by contacting support at the address below from the email associated with your account. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may be subject to identity confirmation, security review, closure of open positions, and network conditions. We will process legitimate withdrawal requests within a reasonable time. We may deduct applicable network fees from the withdrawn amount.

Nothing on the Service — including dashboards, statistics, trade histories, charts, documentation, marketing materials, or communications from our team — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any performance figures, statistics, or trade examples displayed on the Service may be historical, simulated, or otherwise illustrative, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for your financial situation, and you should consult independent professional advisers where appropriate. We do not guarantee any level of performance, profit, or protection from loss.

We may offer a referral program under which approved referrers receive a commission on qualifying subscription purchases made with their referral coupon. Commission rates, eligibility, and payout mechanics are determined by us and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Commissions accrue only on completed, confirmed payments and are paid in SOL to the payout address registered with the referral arrangement. Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts to abuse coupons, misleading promotion, spam, or any other manipulation of the program are prohibited and result in forfeiture of accrued commissions and termination of the arrangement. Referrers are independent parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LucidexBot, and are solely responsible for any tax obligations on amounts they receive.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evasion of sanctions; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by transmitting malware or initiating denial-of-service attacks; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service except as expressly permitted; (e) create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses, or operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, coupons, or the referral program; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by law; or (g) impersonate LucidexBot or suggest that we endorse you without our written consent. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

The Service — including its software, trading systems, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to LucidexBot and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use of the Service creates legal or security risk for us or for other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including custody and withdrawal handling, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive termination. Where your account is terminated and your bot wallet holds funds, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to return available funds to you in accordance with the withdrawal process described above, except where we are legally prevented from doing so.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that market data or prices displayed will be accurate or complete; that any defect will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure — including the Solana network, derivatives venues, price feeds, and hosting providers — whose failures, congestion, or outages are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LucidexBot and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for trading losses, liquidations, missed trading opportunities, blockchain network failures, or losses caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us during that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LucidexBot and its operators, contributors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content or information you provide to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to applicable law, or to our business. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Terms on this page or sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LucidexBot is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at the address below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and LucidexBot regarding the Service.
